Terms and Conditions of Use
- E-Documents are non-printed documents related to an account that can be accessed on TVAL TRADE or TVAL MOBILE in PDF format (Adobe Acrobat software required).
- The electronic documents service allows you to consult your quarterly account statements and transaction notices on TVAL TRADE or TVAL MOBILE at no additional cost.
- By activating the electronic document service, you expressly renounce receiving account statements and transaction notices in paper format, which will therefore no longer be sent to you.
- However, you can request a paper statement or transaction advice from one of our branches at any time.
- In the case of a joint account, the activation of the service by one of the co-account holders will result in the discontinuation of the sending of all account statements and transaction notices for the account in question. It is therefore up to the joint account holders to agree on the format of the statement of account chosen before activating the service.
- You may terminate the eDocument service at any time and at no cost, either online through TVAL TRADE/TVAL MOBILE or at the branch that manages your account. In the case of minors who are not emancipated, the termination is made by the legal representative at the agency that manages the account.
- The cancellation takes effect immediately and implies the automatic return of the account statements and transaction notices in paper form.
