Investment Policy
The portfolio of STRATÉGIE ACTIONS SICAV is constituted as follows :
- At least 60% of the assets are invested in equity securities of companies listed on the stock exchange.
- The remaining assets are invested in BTA.
- The uninvested amount must not exceed 2% of the total assets.
Stratégie High Yield Sicav meets the eligibility requirements for tax relief under Comptes Epargne en Actions (CEA).
Conditions of Subscriptions and Redemptions :
- Subscriptions are free and no entry fee is required
- Redemptions are made on demand, without notice, under the following conditions :
- Exit fee of 5% of the net asset value if the holding period is less than 3 months.
- Exit fee of 1% of the net asset value if the holding period is between 3 months and 1 year.
- Exit fee of 0.6% of the net asset value if the holding period is between 1 and 2 years.
- Exit fee of 0.2% of the net asset value if the holding period is between 2 and 3 years.
- No exit fee if the holding period is longer than 3 years.
Dividend distribution
STRATEGIE HIGH YIELD SICAV is a distribution SICAV. Dividends distributed are fully exempted for resident legal entities and subject to a withholding tax of 10% for individuals.
